Payment Processing (Enterprise Financial Platform)

InnerWork's Enterprise Financial Platform (EFP) is an enterprise financial management application capable of managing customer account information, capturing customer interactions, processing financial transactions using credit card, debit cards, prepaid cards and gift cards, and applying various business rules and fraud detection tools. It offers EFT, Interac online and bill presentation and payment functionality. It can be configured to interface with multiple clearinghouses and financial institutions. It has a front-end system enabling detailed querying of complete transaction history, as well as the ability to process refund  transactions in a centralized and controlled manner.

It is capable of using a business rule engine, negative files, address verification logic, and the latest credit card specific security codes to minimize fraud. It also offers extensive business rule maintenance and reporting capabilities. It manages pre-authorized and one-time credit card payments, as well as gift and debit card processing. It can also be used to manage and process virtual PIN and various award programs.

The royalty functionality built inside the EFP allows you to define customized reward strategies based on customers' spending habits, number of usages, products, or services, and other factors.

The loan module of the EFP allows business to manage customer credit rating, customer segmentation and manage required deploit. It also offers functionality such as cheque cashing, money order cashing, loan management, payment and service charging functionality.

The comprehensive email, SMS, dialer and other notification mechanisms allow business to offer active monitoring functionality such as card expiration, potential fraudulent events and other customer service functionalities.
