Collection Management (Telepath)

This application is suitable for companies where collection activities are substantial and multiple collection agencies are used. It assigns delinquent accounts to Collection Agencies using workflow management and business rules. It monitors agency progress and automatically reassigns accounts to different agencies based on customer-defined business rules.
